HOOVER COUNSELING & CONSULTATION POLICIES & PRACTICES:
- The counselor may consult with similarly credentialed peers or other health care providers in order to ensure delivery of quality services.
- The counselor reserves the right to temporarily suspend or even discontinue services for any of the following reasons:
- If the client presents as under the influence of drugs, alcohol during a scheduled session.
- If the client demonstrates significant risk of exposing others to cold or flu.
- If the client presents mental or physical health symptoms that require immediate attention from another health care provider.
- If the client verbally or physically menaces or threatens the personal safety of the counselor or any other person(s) present at session location.
- If client physically damages property at session location.
